Skafti has over a decade of experience in structural design and the construction industry. His years of experience, attention to detail, and commitment to providing quality service allow Skafti to build strong client relationships and help ensure client satisfaction. Skafti and his growing family moved to the Comox Valley in 2020 to raise their kids closer to the great outdoors.

Before his career in structural engineering, Tim’s role as a carpenter provided the hands-on experience he applies today in his everyday engineering practice. With his years of hard work and dedicated professionalism, he continues to produce quality designs for every project.  Tim has lived and worked on Vancouver Island his whole life, and has set roots in Nanaimo with his busy young family.
